These Terms govern your use of My Health Online — Clinical Case Collaboration Platform. They apply to every clinician, hospital administrator, and system operator who accesses the platform. By signing in you accept them.
1. Who may use the platform
My Health Online is intended exclusively for licensed clinicians and authorized hospital staff acting within the scope of their professional duties. Accounts are created by hospital administrators; self-registration is not available.
You must keep your credentials and any MFA factors private. Sharing a session with anyone — including a colleague — is prohibited and will be visible in the audit log.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for legitimate clinical-collaboration purposes. The following are not permitted:
- Uploading content containing direct patient identifiers (names, national IDs, insurance numbers). All identifiers must be replaced by hospital-local pseudonyms before reaching My Health Online.
- Sharing case content with parties outside the platform via screenshots or screen recordings without authorization from your hospital.
- Attempting to bypass tenant isolation, escalate role privileges, or tamper with the audit chain.
- Using the platform's AI-assist features as a substitute for clinical judgment. AI output is advisory only and the clinician remains fully responsible for diagnosis and treatment decisions.
3. No medical advice
My Health Online is a collaboration tool, not a clinical decision-support system. Consultations between clinicians on the platform are professional opinions exchanged between licensed practitioners; the responsibility for the final clinical decision rests with the treating clinician and their employing hospital.
4. Intellectual property
All platform software, design, documentation, and trademarks are the property of My Health Online. Clinical content authored by clinicians (case summaries, consultations) is owned by the employing hospital subject to applicable law; My Health Online holds only the rights necessary to host, transmit, and back up the content.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Health Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. My Health Online's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by the hospital in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Suspension and termination
Hospital administrators may deactivate clinician accounts at any time. My Health Online may suspend an account that is being used in violation of these Terms, in which case the affected clinician will be notified through their hospital administrator.
On termination of the hospital's contract with My Health Online, case content is exported to the hospital and deleted from My Health Online within 30 days, subject to legally mandated retention of the audit log.
7. Governing law
For hospitals contracting under Turkish law, these Terms are governed by Turkish law; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. For Uzbek hospitals, the Tashkent commercial courts have jurisdiction. Other deployments are subject to the law specified in the master services agreement.
8. Changes to these Terms
My Health Online may update these Terms; material changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect, both in-app and via hospital administrator notification.
